How to Do Leg Curls: Techniques, Benefits, Variations

I call it: " The P.Tuor leg curl " 😎. I love this movement guys. You can't use a heavy weight with a proper form, but I really like to use it at the end. Hips against the floor, without raising the glutes. I usually start with the leg curls machines. Heavy sets, 7-8 reps, sometimes some clusters.
