A former Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy — Marvin Morales — was shot and killed after allegedly stabbing his 11-year-old son to death and fleeing the scene, triggering a high-speed manhunt across California. Authorities say the boy’s mother witnessed the stabbing live through an online security camera and immediately called 911. Deputies responded as Morales fled in his vehicle.
